Depending on your setup, data should flow between Delighted and Jira (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Jira
Delighted + Jira + Slack: When a new negative response is received in Delighted, a bug ticket is automatically created in Jira, and a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the support team.
Jira + Delighted + Google Sheets: When a Jira issue is updated, a Delighted survey is sent to the reporter. The survey response, along with the Jira issue key, is then logged in a Google Sheet.
