To do this, click "Choose an app," find Delighted or Microsoft Teams, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

After configuring Delighted, Microsoft Teams, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Delighted and Microsoft Teams integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Delighted and Microsoft Teams (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Delighted + Jira + Microsoft Teams: When a new response is received in Delighted, especially if it indicates a bug, a new issue is created in Jira, and a notification is sent to a Microsoft Teams channel to alert the development team.
Delighted + Microsoft Teams + Salesforce: When a negative response is received in Delighted, the content of the response from Delighted, accessible in a Teams chat, is then logged as a new record in Salesforce for tracking and follow-up.
