Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Open Weather
Delighted + Open Weather + Slack: When a new negative response is received in Delighted, the current weather conditions are fetched from Open Weather. If the weather is bad (e.g., rain or snow), a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the support team about potential customer dissatisfaction due to weather.
Delighted + Open Weather + Google Sheets: When a new response is submitted in Delighted, the workflow retrieves the current weather conditions from Open Weather.
