Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and QuestionPro
Delighted + QuestionPro + Slack: When a new response is submitted in Delighted, the flow checks if it meets a negative score threshold. If so, a follow-up survey is created in QuestionPro, and a notification is sent to a designated support channel in Slack.
QuestionPro + Delighted + Google Sheets: When a new survey answer is received in QuestionPro, this flow uses Delighted to send a targeted survey. The response data is then logged in Google Sheets for analysis.
