Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Scrapeless
Delighted + Scrapeless + Slack: When a new negative response is received in Delighted, Scrapeless searches Google to find the employee's contact information. Then, Slack sends a direct message to the employee with the feedback details.
Scrapeless + Delighted + Google Sheets: Scrapeless scrapes product reviews from a website. Based on the scraped data, a Delighted survey is sent to similar customers. The survey results are then stored in a Google Sheet.
