Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Shippo
Delighted + Shippo + Slack: When a new negative response is received in Delighted, find the associated order in Shippo and send a Slack notification to the shipping team with the order details for immediate review.
Shippo + Delighted + Google Sheets: When a new shipping label is created in Shippo, track the shipment data along with the corresponding survey scores from Delighted in a Google Sheet to improve delivery satisfaction. The automation finds the shipment in Shippo, adds a row in Google Sheets with the shipment details, then finds survey information in Delighted, and updates the newly created row in Google Sheets with survey responses.
