Depending on your setup, data should flow between Delighted and SpaceX (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and SpaceX

Delighted + Slack + SpaceX: When a new response is received in Delighted indicating low customer satisfaction, a notification is sent to a dedicated SpaceX Slack channel to alert the team. This ensures prompt attention to customer concerns related to SpaceX services.

SpaceX + Delighted + Zendesk: When SpaceX resolves an issue (using a placeholder event - since 'SpaceX resolves a service issue' is not available as a trigger) we use 'New Launch' as a proxy; automatically send a customer satisfaction survey via Delighted. The survey response is then recorded in Zendesk by adding a comment to the existing ticket.
