Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Delighted and Supabase integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Delighted and Supabase (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Supabase
Delighted + Supabase + Slack: When a new negative response is received in Delighted, a new record is created in Supabase to track the feedback. A notification is then sent to a dedicated Slack channel to alert the support team.
Supabase + Delighted + Gmail: When a new user record is created in Supabase, trigger a Delighted email survey to gather feedback. The survey is sent via email. After receiving the result, the survey response can not be sent to Gmail as there is no action available for this.
