Depending on your setup, data should flow between Delighted and Twilio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Twilio

Delighted + Twilio + Slack: When a new negative response is received in Delighted, an SMS message is sent via Twilio to a designated team number. Simultaneously, a message is posted to a Slack channel alerting the team of the negative feedback.

Twilio + Delighted + Zendesk: When a new message is received by Twilio, the content is checked. If the message is considered critical based on sentiment analysis (simulating a negative Delighted survey score), a new ticket is created in Zendesk with the message content.
