Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Webflow
Delighted + Slack + Webflow: When a new low score response is received in Delighted, a notification is sent to a Slack channel. This allows a team member to quickly access a pre-built Webflow form to gather additional feedback from the unhappy customer.
Webflow + Google Sheets + Delighted: Upon receiving a new form submission in Webflow, the data is added as a new row in Google Sheets. This new row triggers the sending of a Delighted survey to the user whose information was added to the sheet.
