Depending on your setup, data should flow between Delighted and Webflow (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Webflow

Delighted + Slack + Webflow: When a new low score response is received in Delighted, a notification is sent to a Slack channel. This allows a team member to quickly access a pre-built Webflow form to gather additional feedback from the unhappy customer.

Webflow + Google Sheets + Delighted: Upon receiving a new form submission in Webflow, the data is added as a new row in Google Sheets. This new row triggers the sending of a Delighted survey to the user whose information was added to the sheet.
