Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Wix
Delighted + Wix + Slack: When a customer submits a new response in Delighted, the workflow checks if the feedback is low (e.g., a score below a certain threshold). If it is, the workflow uses the Wix API to find the customer's information based on their email, then sends a notification to the Wix website support team in a dedicated Slack channel with the customer's details and feedback.
Wix + Delighted + Google Sheets: When a new member registers on a Wix website, the workflow sends them a survey via Delighted to gather feedback. Once the survey is completed, the response data, including the customer's information and feedback score, is automatically recorded in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for analysis.
