Most powerful ways to connect Delighted and Woodpecker
Delighted + Woodpecker + Google Sheets: When a new response is received in Delighted, this automation fetches prospect data from Woodpecker using the respondent's email. It then adds a new row to a Google Sheet containing both the survey response and the prospect information.
Delighted + Woodpecker + Slack: When a new response is received in Delighted, the automation checks if the rating is negative. If negative, it retrieves the prospect details from Woodpecker using the email associated with the Delighted response and sends an alert to a designated Slack channel, including relevant prospect information.
