Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Demio, Wave, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Demio and Wave integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Demio and Wave (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Demio and Wave
Demio + Wave + Slack: When a Demio webinar concludes, the system retrieves the list of attendees. For each attendee, if they are not already a customer in Wave, a customer profile is created. An invoice is then created in Wave and a notification about the payment reminder is sent to the sales team via Slack.
Demio + Wave + Google Sheets: When someone joins a Demio webinar, their information is used to create a customer profile in Wave. This customer data is then added as a new row in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. The system registers them for a upcoming Demio event.
