Depending on your setup, data should flow between Discourse and Contacts+ (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Discourse and Contacts+
Discourse + Contacts+ + Google Sheets: When a new topic is created in Discourse, the user's information is retrieved from Discourse and used to create a new contact in Contacts+. The new contact's details are then added as a new row to a Google Sheet for marketing analysis.
Contacts+ + Discourse + Mailchimp: When a contact is updated in Contacts+, the automation checks if the contact has created a new topic in Discourse. If they have, the contact is added as a new subscriber to a Mailchimp campaign.
