Most powerful ways to connect Discourse and Vitally
Discourse + Vitally + Slack: When a new topic is created in Discourse, specifically about feature requests, the automation creates a note in Vitally to track the request. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the product team about the new feature request.
Vitally + Discourse + Intercom: When a user is updated in Vitally, and their status reflects unhappiness, the automation creates a post in Discourse to gather more feedback and initiates a conversation in Intercom to address their concerns directly.
