Depending on your setup, data should flow between Discourse and Youform (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Discourse and Youform
Youform + Discourse + Slack: When a new form submission is received in Youform, if the response indicates a negative experience, a new topic is created in a dedicated Discourse forum to discuss the feedback. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the team.
Youform + Google Sheets + Discourse: When a new form submission is received in Youform, the response data is added as a new row in Google Sheets. A discussion thread is then created in Discourse, linking to the Google Sheet data for further analysis and community input.
