Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Docparser, Circle, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Docparser and Circle integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Docparser and Circle (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Docparser and Circle
Docparser + Google Sheets + Circle: When Docparser extracts data from new invoices, the information is added as a new row in Google Sheets. This spreadsheet is then used to update financial tracking within a Circle community space, potentially using the Circle API to update member profiles or trigger events based on financial contributions.
Circle + Docparser + Slack: When a new member joins a Circle community, Docparser extracts their information from submitted forms. Based on the extracted information, a message is sent to a Slack channel, alerting the admin team. The extracted data can include relevant information for onboarding or community management.
