After configuring Docparser, Facebook Pages, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Docparser and Facebook Pages integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Docparser and Facebook Pages (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Docparser + Facebook Pages + Google Sheets: When Docparser parses a document, a summary post is created on a Facebook Page, and the parsed data is added to a Google Sheet.
Facebook Pages + Docparser + Email: When a new post is added to a Facebook Page, Docparser fetches and parses an invoice URL (assuming it is included in the post), and then emails key data to accounting.
