Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Docparser, Nimble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Docparser and Nimble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Docparser and Nimble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Docparser and Nimble

Docparser + Nimble + Google Sheets: When a document is parsed by Docparser, the extracted data is used to update or create a contact in Nimble. A log of this update, including the contact's name and the date of the update, is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet.

Nimble + Docparser + Slack: When a new contact is added to Nimble, relevant documents are fetched from a URL using information from the contact. The document is parsed, and a summary of the parsed document is sent to a specified Slack channel.
