Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Docparser, Trainerize, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Docparser and Trainerize integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Docparser and Trainerize (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Docparser and Trainerize

Docparser + Trainerize + Google Sheets: When Docparser parses a document, it extracts client data to update their profiles in Trainerize. Changes made to Trainerize profiles are then logged in a Google Sheet for tracking and auditing purposes.

Docparser + Trainerize + Slack: When a client document is processed by Docparser, key information is extracted. If the client is also using Trainerize, their updated status and summary details are sent to a dedicated Slack channel for team review and discussion.
