Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Docusign, Cloudinary, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Docusign and Cloudinary integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Docusign and Cloudinary (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Docusign and Cloudinary
Docusign + Cloudinary + PandaDoc: When a Docusign envelope status is updated (signed), the signed document is downloaded and stored in Cloudinary. Then, a PandaDoc document is created from a template, potentially including the Cloudinary URL, to prepare associated documents.
Cloudinary + Docusign + Webflow: When a new resource is uploaded to Cloudinary, a Docusign envelope is sent using a template, incorporating the uploaded resource. Upon envelope completion, the Webflow website's collection item is updated with the signed document details.
