Depending on your setup, data should flow between Docusign and Delighted (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Docusign and Delighted

Docusign + Delighted + Slack: When a Docusign envelope status is updated to 'completed', a Delighted survey is sent to the signer. The results of the survey are then posted to a designated Slack channel.

Delighted + Docusign + Google Sheets: When a new negative response is received in Delighted, the feedback is logged in a Google Sheet, and a follow-up Docusign envelope is prepared using a predefined template.
