Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Docusign, Fotor, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Docusign and Fotor integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Docusign and Fotor (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Docusign and Fotor
Docusign + Fotor + Google Drive: When a document is signed in Docusign, download the document, add a watermark using Fotor's AI Headshot Generation (used as a proxy for image manipulation), and then upload the watermarked document to a specified folder in Google Drive.
Fotor + Docusign + Slack: When new marketing materials are designed (represented by AI Headshot Generation in Fotor), send the output to Docusign for approval. Once the document is signed in Docusign, notify the team in a Slack channel.
