Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Docusign, Jibble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Docusign and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Docusign and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Docusign and Jibble
Docusign + Jibble + Slack: When a contract is signed in Docusign (Envelope Status Updated), automatically clock the relevant employee in Jibble. Then, send a confirmation message to a Slack channel.
Jibble + Docusign + BambooHR: When an employee clocks in or out in Jibble (New Clock In or Out), determine if they have exceeded a defined number of hours. If so, send a Docusign contract for overtime approval, and log the contract's sending in BambooHR by updating the employee record.
