Depending on your setup, data should flow between Docusign and Shippo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Docusign and Shippo
Docusign + Shippo + Google Sheets: When a Docusign envelope status is updated to completed, the automation finds the corresponding shipping label in Shippo (using data from Docusign). It then adds a row to a Google Sheet containing the document and shipping details for tracking.
Shippo + Docusign + QuickBooks: When a new shipping label is created in Shippo, and a corresponding envelope is signed in Docusign, the automation creates an invoice for the customer in QuickBooks.
