Most powerful ways to connect DonationAlerts and SOS Inventory
DonationAlerts + Slack + SOS Inventory: When a new donation alert is received in DonationAlerts, a message is sent to a specific Slack channel to notify the warehouse team. This prompts them to prepare thank-you gifts, and then a pick ticket is created in SOS Inventory to manage the gift preparation and dispatch.
DonationAlerts + SOS Inventory + Google Sheets: Upon receiving a new donation alert in DonationAlerts, this flow checks if it depletes the inventory in SOS Inventory. The updated inventory levels are then recorded in a Google Sheet for tracking donation campaign impacts.
