Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the DonationAlerts and TickTick integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between DonationAlerts and TickTick (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect DonationAlerts and TickTick
DonationAlerts + TickTick + Discord bot: When a new donation alert is received in DonationAlerts, a task is created in TickTick to thank the donor. Subsequently, a message is posted in a designated Discord channel to announce the new donation.
TickTick + DonationAlerts + Google Sheets: When a 'thank you' task is completed in TickTick, the data related to the corresponding donation alert is retrieved from DonationAlerts. This data, including the donor's information, is then added as a new row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet to track donation response rates.
