Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Drip and LiveChat integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Drip and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Drip and LiveChat
LiveChat + Drip + Slack: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, indicating high engagement, the automation finds the user's email (if available) and updates the contact's profile in Drip. Then, a message with the Drip profile link is sent to a designated Slack channel for sales follow-up.
LiveChat + Drip + Google Sheets: When a new chat conversation starts in LiveChat, the automation creates or updates the contact's profile in Drip and logs the conversation details, such as the chat transcript and contact information, into a new row in a Google Sheet.
