In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Drip, Userback, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Drip and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Drip and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Drip and Userback
Userback + Slack + Drip: When new feedback is created in Userback, the system checks if the feedback indicates dissatisfaction. If so, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel alerting the marketing team. The user who submitted the feedback is then added to a specific Drip campaign.
Userback + Drip + Gmail: When new feedback is created in Userback, the user is added or updated as a subscriber in Drip and subscribed to a campaign. A summary of the feedback is then sent via Gmail to the product team.
