Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Dropbox and Alegra integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Dropbox and Alegra (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Dropbox and Alegra

Dropbox + Alegra + Slack: When a new file is added to a specific folder in Dropbox (acting as a saved invoice), the automation triggers a notification in a designated Slack channel to inform the team about the new invoice.

Alegra + Dropbox + Google Drive: This automation backs up Alegra accounting reports to a Dropbox folder. After the backup is complete, the reports are then moved to a Google Drive folder for long-term archival.
