Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Dropbox, Instantly, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Dropbox and Instantly integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Dropbox and Instantly (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Dropbox and Instantly
Dropbox + Instantly + Google Sheets: When a new file is added to a specified Dropbox folder, the workflow searches for leads in Instantly based on the file content. Matching leads are then logged into a Google Sheet for tracking campaign relevance.
Instantly + Dropbox + Slack: When a new lead is created in Instantly, the workflow creates a text file in a designated Dropbox folder containing the lead's information. A notification is then sent to a specified Slack channel to alert the sales team of the new lead.
