Depending on your setup, data should flow between Dropbox and Mautic (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Dropbox and Mautic

Dropbox + Google Sheets + Mautic: When a new file is added to a specified Dropbox folder (e.g., marketing materials), the file's metadata (name, link) is added as a new row in a Google Sheet. This new row triggers an update to a contact in Mautic, adding points to their score based on interaction with the marketing material.

Mautic + Dropbox + Slack: When a contact's points change in Mautic (indicating engagement), a search for relevant case studies in Dropbox is performed. The results, containing shared links to the case studies, are then sent as a message to a designated Slack channel, notifying the sales team.
