Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Dropbox, NetSuite, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Dropbox and NetSuite integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Dropbox and NetSuite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Dropbox and NetSuite

Dropbox + NetSuite + Slack: When a new file is added to a specific Dropbox folder, the file information is used to search for corresponding records in NetSuite. If a matching record is found, a notification is sent to a Slack channel with details about the file and the associated NetSuite record.

PandaDoc + NetSuite + Dropbox: When a PandaDoc document status changes (e.g., to 'Completed'), the automation finds the relevant record in NetSuite, and then uploads the finalized PandaDoc document to a designated Dropbox folder associated with that NetSuite record.
