Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Dropbox, OCR Space, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Dropbox and OCR Space integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Dropbox and OCR Space (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Dropbox and OCR Space

Dropbox + OCR Space + Google Sheets: When a new file is added to a Dropbox folder, OCR Space extracts the text from the image. Then, the extracted text is added as a new row to a specified Google Sheet for expense tracking.

Dropbox + OCR Space + Slack: When a new file is added to Dropbox, OCR Space extracts text from the image. A summary of the extracted text is then sent to a specified Slack channel.
