Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Dropbox and Zoho Desk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Dropbox and Zoho Desk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Dropbox and Zoho Desk

Dropbox + Zoho Desk + Slack: When a new file is added to a specific Dropbox folder (presumably containing customer complaints), the file is attached to a new ticket in Zoho Desk. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel notifying agents of the new complaint ticket.

Zoho Desk + Dropbox + Google Drive: When a ticket is closed in Zoho Desk, any attachments associated with that ticket are automatically saved to a specified folder in Dropbox. These files are then backed up by uploading them to a designated folder in Google Drive.
