Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Encharge, Moxie, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Encharge and Moxie integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Encharge and Moxie (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Encharge and Moxie
Encharge + Moxie + Slack: When a lead becomes a customer in Encharge (identified by adding a specific tag), a welcome message is sent via Moxie. The sales team is then notified in a dedicated Slack channel.
Moxie + Encharge + Google Sheets: Log new Moxie chats to Google Sheets. Then, update the user's data in Encharge based on keywords or sentiment detected within the Moxie support interaction. This requires additional tools beyond the scope of the current API, but the core logging function is feasible.
