Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Enrich Layer, Docusign, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Enrich Layer and Docusign integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Enrich Layer and Docusign (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Enrich Layer and Docusign

Enrich Layer + Docusign + Salesforce: Upon creation of a new lead in Salesforce, the contact details are enriched using Enrich Layer. A contract is then sent via Docusign. Finally, once the envelope status is updated to completed, the lead's status in Salesforce is updated to 'Contract Signed'.

Docusign + Enrich Layer + Slack: When a Docusign envelope status is updated, the company information related to the signer is verified using Enrich Layer. If the envelope status is not 'completed' after a certain time (requiring manual checking not directly automated here), a message is sent to a Slack channel alerting the sales team about the missing signature.
