Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Etsy, Google Analytics, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Etsy and Google Analytics integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Etsy and Google Analytics (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Etsy and Google Analytics
Etsy + Google Analytics + Google Sheets: When a new transaction occurs in your Etsy shop, a key event is created in Google Analytics to track sales. The transaction data is then added to a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.
Google Analytics + Etsy + Slack: When Google Analytics detects a significant increase in traffic (requires custom setup and configuration within Google Analytics, not directly triggered here), fetch a list of active Etsy listings and send a notification to a Slack channel, providing an update on the Etsy store's listings during the traffic surge.
