After configuring Etsy, Wufoo, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Etsy and Wufoo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Etsy and Wufoo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Etsy + Wufoo + Google Sheets: When a new order is placed on Etsy, the details are captured. A Wufoo form is then triggered to collect customer feedback. Finally, all the order and feedback information is logged in a Google Sheet.
Wufoo + Etsy + Slack: When a new Wufoo entry is submitted indicating an issue with an Etsy order, the corresponding Etsy shop owner is alerted via a Slack message.
