Most powerful ways to connect Facebook Messenger and CloudTalk

Facebook Messenger + CloudTalk + AI Agent: When a new message arrives in Facebook Messenger, its content is sent to an AI Agent for summarization and urgency assessment. The summary and urgency level are then added as a new activity in CloudTalk, allowing agents to prioritize critical customer inquiries.

CloudTalk + Facebook Messenger + Help Scout: When a call is missed in CloudTalk, a Help Scout ticket is automatically created. A follow-up message is then sent via Facebook Messenger to the caller, offering assistance and alternative contact methods.
