Create a New Scenario to Connect Facebook Messenger and Jibble
In the workspace, click the โCreate New Scenarioโ button.

Add the first node โ a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Click on the Facebook Messenger node to configure it. You can modify the Facebook Messenger URL and choose between DEV and PROD versions. You can also copy it for use in further automations.

Next, click the plus (+) icon on the Facebook Messenger node, select Jibble from the list of available apps, and choose the action you need from the list of nodes within Jibble.

Authenticate Jibble
Now, click the Jibble node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Jibble settings. Authentication allows you to use Jibble through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Facebook Messenger, Jibble, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Facebook Messenger and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Facebook Messenger and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Jibble + Google Sheets + Facebook Messenger: When employees clock in or out using Jibble, their time entries are logged in a Google Sheet. A daily summary of the logged time is then sent to a specified Facebook Messenger group.
Jibble + Facebook Messenger + Slack: When an employee clocks in or out via Jibble, a welcome message is automatically sent to them via Facebook Messenger. Simultaneously, a notification is sent to managers on Slack, informing them of the employee's clock in/out event.
