Facebook Pages + Caspio + Slack: When a new comment is added to a Facebook Page post, the automation checks if the comment contains negative sentiment (this would require an additional AI block not available here). If negative sentiment is detected, a new record is created in Caspio, and a message is sent to a Slack channel alerting the community manager.
Caspio + Facebook Pages + Gmail: When a record in a Caspio database table is updated, a post is created on a Facebook Page with the updated information. Additionally, a summary of the changes is sent via Gmail to a specified recipient.
