Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Facebook Pages, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Facebook Pages or Google Forms will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Facebook Pages or Google Forms, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Facebook Pages node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Facebook Pages, Google Forms, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Facebook Pages and Google Forms integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Facebook Pages and Google Forms (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Google Forms + Facebook Pages + Slack: When a new response is submitted to a Google Form, this flow checks for a new post on a specified Facebook Page related to that form. Then, it sends a notification to a Slack channel with a summary of the form submission.
Google Forms + Facebook Pages + Google Sheets: When a new response is submitted to a Google Form, and a related post can be found on a specified Facebook Page, the flow saves the form response details into a Google Sheet for analysis.
