Most powerful ways to connect Facebook Pages and Intercom
Facebook Pages + Intercom + Slack: When a new post is added to a Facebook Page, the automation identifies users who react to it. For each reacting user, it sends a welcome message in Intercom and a notification about the new reaction in a Slack channel.
Intercom + Facebook Pages + Google Sheets: When a new conversation is started in Intercom, the automation captures the user's feedback from the conversation and stores it in a Google Sheet. Then, it posts this feedback to a specified Facebook Page.
