Depending on your setup, data should flow between Facebook Pages and Smartsheet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Facebook Pages and Smartsheet
Facebook Pages + Smartsheet + Slack: When a new post is added to a Facebook Page, a new row is created in Smartsheet to track the post. A message is then sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the new Facebook post and its corresponding Smartsheet entry.
Smartsheet + Facebook Pages + Gmail: When a row is updated in Smartsheet, a post is created on a designated Facebook Page to share the update. Additionally, a summary email of the Smartsheet row update is sent via Gmail.
