Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Fauna, LiveChat, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fauna and LiveChat integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fauna and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Fauna and LiveChat
Fauna + LiveChat + Slack: When a new document is added to a specified Fauna collection (representing a new user signup), their information is used to add them to a LiveChat conversation and send a notification to a designated Slack channel, informing the support team about the new user.
LiveChat + Fauna + Google Sheets: When a LiveChat conversation is deactivated, the transcript and customer details are logged as a new document in Fauna. This Fauna document triggers the addition of a new row with the conversation details to a Google Sheet for reporting and analysis.
