Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Feedly, Motion, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Feedly and Motion integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Feedly and Motion (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Feedly and Motion
Feedly + Motion + Slack: When a new article matching specific keywords related to competitors is found in Feedly, a task is automatically created in Motion to research the topic. A notification is then sent to the marketing team on Slack with a link to the Feedly article and the Motion task.
Feedly + Motion + Google Calendar: When a new article appears in a specified Feedly feed, a task is created in Motion to read the article. Simultaneously, a time block is added to Google Calendar to schedule time for reading the article.
