Depending on your setup, data should flow between Feedly and PagerDuty (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Feedly and PagerDuty
Feedly + PagerDuty + Slack: When Feedly detects new articles about a monitored company, it triggers an alert in PagerDuty to notify the on-call team. A summary of the article is then posted to a dedicated Slack channel for visibility.
PagerDuty + Feedly + Microsoft Teams: When a PagerDuty incident is triggered, the automation searches Feedly for related news articles. The found articles are then posted to a Microsoft Teams channel to provide additional context for the incident.
