Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Fibery, Google docs, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Fibery and Google docs integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fibery and Google docs (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Fibery and Google docs

Fibery + Google Docs + Slack: When a Fibery entity (task) is created or updated, a summary document is generated in Google Docs. A message containing a link to the document is then sent to a specified Slack channel.

Fibery + Google Docs + Google Calendar: When a new Fibery entity (project) is created or updated, a new Google Document is created with relevant project data, and a review meeting is scheduled in Google Calendar.
