Depending on your setup, data should flow between Fibery and Help Scout (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Fibery and Help Scout
Fibery + Help Scout + Slack: When a new entity is created in Fibery (representing a feature request), a Help Scout ticket is created to track user feedback. The product team is then notified in a dedicated Slack channel.
Help Scout + Fibery + Jira: When a new conversation is created in Help Scout indicating a bug, the automation checks for existing Fibery feature requests related to the ticket. If a matching feature request is found, a Jira issue is created and linked back to it.
